Client: Mountain Valley Center.com is owned by Dr Jill Henry who was a tenured Associate Professor of Physical Therapy at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, GA, USA. They developed the website in 1998. MountainVallyCenter.com sells unique products for well being - fountains, feng shui, singing bowls. The actual store of Mountain Valley Center is located on a major highway going from Atlanta, GA. to Cherokee, NC in the Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina.

Challenge: The store had a steady flow of customers through the summer months (tourist season), but few during the winter months. To solve this problem they came up with their website. But the site did not have much web presence as it had a Google PageRank of 1 and did total sales of $1000 per month. They had worked with two other SEO companies and were not satisfied with the work done. The biggest problem was that Google search engine was not crawling their website.
